Granite4you have invested in the very latest technology of Digital Templating, combined with CNC Processing to provide a Digital Granite Installation Service.
The Digital Templating Service is available for customers within a 100 mile radius of the factory in Rochester(ME3).
How Does It Work?
A specially trained Granite4you Representative will visit with a handheld laser machine. The Digital Templating Machine will take all of the relevant measurements required in order to accurately process the worktops. Whilst onsite the templater will also discuss the exact specification for the worktops. Once templated, the information from the device will be transferred through to the CNC Machine to start creating the worktops of your dreams. Once the worktops are complete a team of highly skilled Stonemasons will then visit to professionally install your new Granite Worktops.
Before we can template the following is required:
• The base cabinets MUST be installed (completely fixed, and screwed to the wall/floor) and the surface must be square and parallel, flat and level.
(the upper cabinets are not necessary unless you have Full Height Splashbacks). The point of making a template is to make an exact replica of your units as they are, so they must be completed and fixed with all panels in place. Imagine templating as making a mould of your kitchen units to create your worktops.
• If remodelling, existing worktops need to be removed prior to templating, and the surface prepared, as above. Disconnection of existing sinks/hobs/taps is to be arranged by you, also.
• We must have your template/installation address correctly confirmed on your order confirmation.
• Sinks, faucets & soap dispensers must be at job site at time of templating.
(if you have a butler/belfast sink, it must be in place for templating)
• All ranges, stoves, cook-tops, down draft vents that adjoin the stone must be present for template.
Templating:
• A decision maker MUST be on site throughout templating and installation.
• All details of your project such as stone selection, edge choice, polished edges, backsplash locations,
sink location, seam location(s) (if necessary), will be discussed with you.
• We review every detail with you to make certain you get exactly what you want.
• If there are any changes to your order, these are to be confirmed with the Granite4YOU Office.

NO CHANGES WILL BE AUTHORISED AFTER YOUR TEMPLATE VISIT.
The Kitchen/Units must not be tampered with after template!!!
