Based on your measurements we oversize the length of each worktops by 50mm. Then cut according to your kitchen. Breakfast bars/island will come at the exact size so you need to make sure you have included overhang. The width will not be oversized either, so you need to make sure you have allowed for overhang over your units. Normally 20mm is adequate for the overhang.

So you basically give us the outline measurements and we do all the cut outs on site to ensure precision/accuracy. The best way to send us you measurements is in the form of a drawn plan, this can be just a rough sketch showing the layout of the kitchen and detailing each measurement.
